Hi everyone! I've been busy with work the past few days, but I wanted to let you all know that I'm working on a post with some great superfood info (the ones that cool inflammation), a recipe and lots of photos from our family's vegetable garden! I'm actually going to start doing some video posts too...yikes! But I thought it would be more fun and I can show you things like my pantry, my exercise routines that are better for RA, etc. I'll check back in here later this week!
